F.I.B.C.Filling

The Handling Techniques F.I.B.C. filling system has been designed to accomodate the majority of bags on the market today, with a low base height for the pallet to rest on the full bags can be removed by a hand operated pallet truck (ramp an optional extra) or a conventional fork lift truck. The framework of the weigher is manufactured from steel RHS with a powder coated finish, stainless steel can be provided as an optional extra, the floor area that accommodates the pallet is finished with Aluminium chequer plate.

The electrical panel that contains an easy to use controller complete with trip points can either be remote or fitted to the weigher as required, this panel comes per-wired with all wiring passing through the hollow section framework so as to avoid any damage to the wiring.

The bag is simply positioned by hooking the straps of the bag over the strap hooks which along with the top frame are adjustable, and the inlet of the bag is held in position by an inlet cone.

The inlet of the bag is placed over the cone which is then threaded through a holding ring which holds the bag in place.

Once the bag and pallet are in position the controller can be tared off and filling can commence, with the feed being stopped at the pre-set weight.
